This document attest that you and your company agree to take part in this event. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow for street parking and set up. By signing this document I agree that I will attend and provide the best service during ReWax and UnWine events. In most cases, payments will be sent electronically 7 days after the last ticket is purchased for the event. Zelle, Cash App, Venmo or invoice provided by vendor.

 

I understand ReWax and UnWine will confirm availability prior to booking.
